| Description |
| Knowledge of principles and processes for dry wall installation within commercial and industrial environments. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of dry wall equipment and tools, including their uses for successful application on the project site. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in dry wall installation in a commercial or industrial setting. |

| Skills |
- Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs.
- Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports.
- Perform complex calculations and planning for special or very large jobs.
- Ability to measure, cut and install drywall, plasterboard and/or other wallboard to interior walls and ceilings.
- Skilled in the installation metal corner bead, tape and bed joints.
- Fill nail indentations, holes and cracks, sand, clean and prep necessary surfaces for application of finish (texture and knock down).
- Ability to paint and touch up.

| Drywall screw gun, mud pans, mud knives, buckets, any other specialty tools of the trade as project demands. Scaffolding/ladders if required. |
